Return & Refund Policy

At finequipment.com we try really hard to satisfy all our customers in the best way we can. However, we understand that sometimes something can go wrong and that’s why we provide you the following information on returns and refunds.

Guarantees for faulty products

We offer a standard free of charge, 2-year guarantee for all our products. This 2-year guarantee period starts as soon as you receive your goods. Within this period we offer a full refund if an item is faulty, does not look or work as advertised. We are obliged to repair or replace all such items free of charge or give you a price reduction or a full refund.

If you decide to claim a faulty product, please, contact us first at claim@finequipment.com or phone number 00421 910 926 898 where we can agree on the most suitable way of your claim processing. After the agreement, you can ship the returns to:

When sending your package, enclose a copy of your sales receipt (the invoice) into it so we can easily identify your purchase. Please, do not send the packages with cash on delivery (COD). We do not accept such shipments.

If you notice that your order is incomplete or damaged, please contact us immediately at claim@finequipment.com or phone number 00421 910 926 898. In case you receive a package with damaged cover, please, check whether the package is complete and the products undamaged or not. In such case, do not take over the package, fill the appropriate protocol about damaged goods with the delivery service and inform us at claim@finequipment.com.

After we receive your claim request, we are compelled to resolve it within 30 days. We will inform you as soon as possible after we find the right solution to the request.

Cancelling and returning your order

In case you find that the products are not suitable for you or you just change your mind, you can cancel your order and get the full refund. According to the EU law, we are obliged to return your money back to you if you cancel your order within 14 days after you receive your ordered products. However, at finequipment.com we offer an extended period for such returns – you can get your money back within 30 days after you receive your order.

Please, enclose a copy of your sales receipt (the invoice) and filled withdrawal form in the package. Avoid sending the packages with cash on delivery (COD). We do not accept such shipments. You must send the unused goods back to us within 14 days of informing us at claim@finequipment.com or phone number 00421 910 926 898. You also must pay the costs of returning the goods. We will refund you within 14 days of receipt of your cancellation, but your refund can be delayed if we don’t receive the goods or evidence that you’ve returned them.
